Our Curriculum Vision - God is Love
Our Curriculum at Dodleston CE Primary School is creative, high quality, broad and fun!
Our desire is that children will live out our vision, by educating the whole child and providing full life experiences.
It is designed to learn to love ourselves, by looking into a mirror and exploring who they are, where they live, the history of their locality and their importance to our local and global community.
Then to love learning by expanding the children's minds to look out of the window and to learn to love others with dignity and respect through exploring the world around them.
Finally, inspiring the children to love life, for themselves and others, by opening doors and becoming courageous advocates; making a difference and being God's stewards in our world.
This is all underpinned by the belief that ‘We can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.’
We encourage and provide opportunities for extra-curricular activities and participation in sport and performance to further build children's resilience, lasting memories and fulfilment.
We are passionate about first-hand experiences, and work hard to bring hands on learning to the children, through visitors, trips and working with the community.
